THE WINE CELLAR

Sardinia is also a rich land from an oenological point of view.
Wine and Sardinia, a strong and ancient bond that has its roots in the Nuragic past and perhaps even further. The fascinating thesis of the presence of oenological activities already in that era is supported by recent studies of archaeobotany and by the discovery of significant archaeological finds. From the historical and archaeological documentation currently available, the important role played by Sardinia in the domestication of wild vines emerges.
For this reason, to give value and prominence to the numerous winemaking excellences of the Sardinian territory, our Cellar was born in 2023.
By taking advantage of the walled up stones, we marry the philosophy of the passive wine conservation system, in the dark, with a constant air circulation and temperature, in order to adequately maintain and preserve the unique characteristics of each grape over time, always with the concern of eco-sustainability.
Designed for tastings in an oenological journey involving the most characteristic Sardinian native vines: Carignano, Bovale, Sardinian Barbera, Nasco, Cannonau, Malvasia, Vernaccia, Monica… As an expression of the varietal richness, the result of the skilful work of the Sardinian winemaker who over time has selected the most suitable grapes for the different cultivation environments.
