Le seadas nascono nella terra,
nei pascoli,
nel profumo dell’aria quando cambia stagione,
in tutto ciò che questa isola custodisce
e poi, con semplicità, porta in tavola.

Quando le prepariamo, dentro non c’è solo un dolce.
C’è un modo di vivere,
di aspettare,
di condividere.

Le mamme riempiono la vita di gesti così piccoli
che a volte quasi non si notano,
