The Ollanu’s Brothers

WHO WE ARE

The Ollanu’s Brothers are two siblings who were fortunate enough to grow up in a peaceful and idyllic environment, surrounded by a family of hardworking people. Their childhood and teenage years were spent in the heart of ancestral Sardinia, where they developed a deep connection with their land and roots.
Simone, the elder brother, was born in 1982 and left Sardinia at the young age of 19. He moved to Veneto where he still resides with his family and he established himself as a successful entrepreneur. Despite living far from his homeland, he never forgot his roots and always kept a strong bond with his family and traditions.
Claudio, the younger brother, is a capable and brilliant mind who was born in 1984. After completing his first degree in Economics in Cagliari, he moved to Trentino to specialise in Finance. He then went abroad to pursue a Master’s degree, gaining valuable work experience outside Sardinia. However, his strong connection to his homeland and family eventually drew him back to Gergei, where he started his agricultural entrepreneurship venture. It was during this period that the two brothers exchanged ideas and experiences, leading to the inception of the “Is Perdas” project, a vision that was fully supported by their entire family. The project was initiated in the spring of 2015, and it aimed to create something meaningful and impactful that would honour their heritage and benefit their community.
